Fly to Drive Northern Thailand

Our first stop is Chiang Mai where travelers should never miss a chance to pay respect to Phra Phutta Sihing, the much respected Buddha statue revered at Phra Sing Woramahawihan temple. At Jaydi Laung Worawihan temple stands one of the most beautiful staircases in the north.

Walking up to the hill to Doy Suthep has been a tradition to Chiangmai and certainly an activity not to be missed, while those fond of beautiful flowers will find it pleasing to see the blossoms at Phu Phing palace. A visit to the zoon will guarantee a meet and greet session with the cute Pandas, who have been the stars of Thailand for many years.
Several other things make Chiang Mai special: the Night Bazaar where you can shop the night away; Chiang Mai Art Center where history of the city can be traced; and Weng Kumkam, an ancient city which gave birth the Chiang Mai. (more…)
